The house is located in a quite area and is surrounded by a pleasent garden . The apartament on ground floor, is composed by a living area /kitchen with a sofa (two bed ) an armchair (one bed)a television and table for dining. The kitchen is equipped with all accessories included an electric oven . The bathroom has a shower and an anteroom. The bedroom has a double bed. The house is furnished with individual air conditioning . On both sides of the house there are two typical aeolian terraces equipped with an outdoor table with chairs and deck chairs.
